The family-owned Morgenster Winery is known for its authentic and complex wines as well as for its excellent olive oils.
On Thursday, 18 September, the Level Four Restaurant Team will be joined by Morgenster Winemaker Matthew Anderson for a wine and olive oil tasting. Enjoy Sangiovese and Nebbiolo. And then the Noble grape varieties of Morgenster, grown on soils with expressive minerality, and optimally ripened in close proximity to the cooling effects of False Bay.
