The sounds of a live performance will create a holiday mood while guests tuck into a wholesome buffet of delicious dishes to satisfy all tastes. “With Christmas falling during the warmer summer months, we kick off with a fresh mezze bar of seasonal dips, crudites and condiments, salads – including a festive Christmas option with baby leaves, toasted seeds and nuts, dried cranberries and roasted red onion as well as Caesar, watermelon and Waldorf.”
No buffet would be complete without a carvery – think juicy roast chicken, crisp roast pork belly, slow roasted lamb with minted chimichurri and fresh hake fillets with a lemon and caper cream sauce. Adorn your plate with various vegetable side options from roast potatoes, honey glazed carrots, mashed potatoes and Christmas rice, and you’re officially celebrating the holidays.
